Infosys has just come out with a strong set of numbers for the second quarter so infosys reported its second quarter numbers well first let’s talk about the guidance guidance has been raised from 3 to 4% to 3.75 to 4.5% now this is FY 25 Revenue growth guidance in constant currency terms now remember that the street was already making in a 50 basis points hike so this is largely in line to little bit above what the street was was expecting in terms of uh guidance upgradation now talking about the numbers Revenue came up by 4.3% uh slightly higher than what was estimated margin came in at 21.2% versus estimate of 21.4% so largely in line margin is what we can see over here net profit however is largely a Mis net profit came in at 656 CR Rupees to be precise versus estimate of 6,815CR rupees
so this is what we have on the numbers Revenue in line margin in line net profit a little bit of Miss guidance in line with what was estimated talking about the tcv deal wins which is another important metric for an IT company while tcv deal wins came in at 2.4 billion this time versus 4.1 billion so literally half the amount of large deal tcv versus the last quarter is what we can see over here let’s move on to talking about the bfsi that is the banking space which contributes majority of the company’s Revenue around 28% of the revenue well in terms of YY CC that is constant currency terms Financial Services was up by 2.3% so healthy BFSI growth is what we can see over here talking about what TCS has reported
while TCS has reported lastly flat number in terms of the BSFI segment North America which was under pressure even for the TCS which is which is a direct appear for infosys well it came in at about
flat for TCS while for infosys North America is down by about 2.7% in terms of CC Revenue growth so mixed numbers over here is what we can see but you know largely inline numbers.
